Jennings Developments International Ltd manufactures a range of tray-forming equipment to assemble corrugated boxes using hot melt adhesive.
The model range includes two basic machine widths 1080 mm and 1500 mm to accommodate variations of blank width.
The machines have been designed to cope with the rigorous demands of the fruit industry where portability, minimum down time and quick size change is required.
In addition to the supply of local equipment, Tray-formers have also been supplied to customers in the USA, South America and Australia, and in many instances we have customised the Tray-former to suit in-house packaging requirements.
We can supply tool-sets for box forming to suit a wide range of styles and sizes of corrugated boxes, plus optional equipment such as PVA glue guns to provide package integrity where high ambient temperatures are a problem, out-feed tables, down stream on demand control system etc.
We can containerise equipment to ship to you or your customer’s plant ready to run, as we would normally expect to test run the Tray-former using test blanks supplied by you.
We are able to offer advice with regard to any modifications which may be required to the packs to ensure satisfactory results, as we have in-depth knowledge of machine packaging requirements.
