The fork carriers are designed to load, carry, stack and transport bins from the orchard to packhouse.
The Transtak 1500L low-lift carrier will lift and carry three 1200 mm x 1200 mm bins or 1500 kg of load.
This carrier is easy to operate by any unskilled tractor driver and can be towed or pushed by the tractor. Fork angle and hitch height is adjusted at the bolted drawbar hitch. The forks have rubber load cushioning to absorb harsh bumps.
The Transtak 3500N carrier will carry 3500 kg or three to six bins of fruit. This carrier has a lift height of one metre to stack and load bins. Forks tilt and load, levelling via a secondary hydraulic cylinder.
Various configurations are available according to your budget. The narrow integral hub wheels and Hydra-float suspension option are used to move 10,000 plus bins annually on some larger orchards. This carrier is best tractor front mounted so as to load and stack bins forward of the drive, and move into and out of rows. A towed option is also widely used.
A 4-bin Transtak 2000L carrier and a 3-bin lift and stack Transtak 2000N are also available, as are specialist carriers for other applications.
