The equipment is designed to improve productivity through the use of modern materials and processes.
The TRANSTAK® fruit bin trailers are based around the efficiencies of the forklift—utilizing 3.6 metre forks to load and transport bins on a forklifting trailer (carrier).
The forks are press-formed tensile steel with rubber load cushioning (also hydra-float option) for a soft ride. The forks rotate on nylon bushes to lift the load. The system is protected by copyright and registered design.
Models available are:
TRANSTAK 1500L—3 bin carrier
TRANSTAK 2500L—4 bin carrier
TRANSTAK 3500N—3 bin & 6 bin carrier.
Features include forks tilt , bin stacking , wheels clevis or hubs & stubs, hydra-float suspension are options for these trailers (carriers).
Front tractor mounting has proved to be very efficient to load, stack and carry bins on the orchard.
The TRANSTAK® aluminium orchard ladder has a 180 kg industrial load rating.
Due to its outstanding performance and refined design we guarantee the ladder free of fatigue cracking (inherent in many other types).
Only tensile ergonomic designed extrusion is used in the manufacture of these ladders to AS/NZ portable metal ladder standards.
