Orchard-Rite offers two-blade and three-blade frost fan models. The three-blade is the second most efficient fan that Orchard-Rite manufactures, just behind the two-blade which has the highest level of momentum, thrust and airflow.
3-blade fan—quieter, efficient
The Orchard-Rite three-blade frost fan was developed to reduce noise which has been independently tested, is third-party peer reviewed, and meets council requirements.
It is 49 dB at 300 metres and 55dB at 150 metres.
It also offers the lowest fuel consumption, and the highest volume of airflow, thrust and wind momentum when it comes to wind machines with three or more blades.
In Australia, the first fans were installed in 1994. Today over 33,000 Orchard-Rite frost fans have sold worldwide.
