Stoller national strategy meeting

Early in March, the Stoller Australia team met in Adelaide for a series of meetings.

Activities commenced with the launch of the global MVV (Mission Vision Values) in Australia.
Later in the week the technical and sales team discussed the outcomes of new global research, and ways to share new Stoller innovation and knowledge with Australian stakeholders.
Stoller has a global presence with more than 20 business units worldwide. Niall Tidd (Marketing Officer) explained that the new MVV roll out will harmonise the market and operational approach for all of the international operations.
“It is good to know that we are sharing a vision amongst the whole group and we were also happy to welcome visitors this week from North America and China to share in the process.”
United approach
Stoller has several global values (Excellence, Customer, Knowledge, People, Integrity and Innovation) and the group had time to participate in exercises and planning to ensure a united approach using these values for operation of the Australian Stoller company.
Later in the week, the meeting concluded with a barbeque at the new Largs Bay facility where a number of suppliers, customers and stakeholders came to celebrate Stoller’s progress.
Gary Johanson (Port Adelaide Mayor) made a speech welcoming Stoller’s expansion in the region.
Richard Emery (Stoller Australia General Manager) said, “It has been a very productive week with the whole Australian team becoming more aligned.
“Stoller Australia is heading in a good direction and we are now even better equipped to empower people and improve lives in the agricultural sector.”
