The Inspired Ag team have had a busy six months focussed on continually improving their innovative products and services.
Responding to labour and specialised contractor shortages, the team are excited to have found solutions to these common horticultural industry problems.
Steel trellis system
Catriona Saunders, Inspired Ag’s COO says the team have been working with their manufacturers to develop a new cross arm solution for their steel trellis systems.
“We are pleased that our new cross arms make installs even quicker and easier allowing orchardists to save on labour costs. We are looking forward to seeing them rolled out at scale during winter plantings.”
Netting installer
Responding to the critical shortage in netting installers, Inspired Ag now offers a project management service to support orchardists through design, product sourcing, team training and completion of netting projects using their own orchard staff.
“We hope this will enable orchardists to be able to meet their orchard protection timelines,” said Ms Saunders.
